Introduction To Deit
Deiting is the process of consuming healthy food in a controlled way. The main purpose for most of the people is weight loss but atheletes also undergo vigorous Deiting in order to loose/gain weight and attain firm muscles. A healthy diet is also responsible for a stable body weight.

According to American Dietic association, excessive weight or obesity is a problem that has inflicted about 97 million adults in the United States alone. Obesity also leads to diabetes and heart ailments. Human health is worsened by wrong food habits. Water and fruits should be consumed for a healthy Deit. In order to maintain a healthy diet, we should go easy on high-carb food. The first step towards a healthy Deit is having a heavy breakfast to kick start the day, lunch should be a little light as compared and dinner should be consumed in minimum quantity.

Anti-obesity pills like Orlistat and Acrabose should be avoided at all costs as they are life threatening. Low carbohydrate diets work wonders. They control the consumption of carbohydrate and stress on the consumption of fruits. But the nutrional needs of the body should not be ignored.

Prolonged Deiting can lead to fatigue, irritation, muscle loss, depression, acidosis. Consumption of breakfast, lunch and dinner in the right time and in the optimum quantity is essential. A healthy and wise dieting is the need of the hour.
