Physical exercise complements a diet and is
responsible for weight loss fitness. It is needed to maintain good
health and increasing muscular strength.
Aerobic exercises are the best choice. The best form of aerobic
exercise, like brisk walking, involves a heart rate of 50 percent o
and above of o a person’s maximum heart rate. This is to be done for
thirty minutes. Exercise should be done only 2-3 hors prior to
breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For people who cannot spare time to exercise, there are many forms
of day-to-day work that is equivalent to an exercise. Walking
instead of driving is a good option to stay fit. Climbing the stairs
instead of using an elevator or escalator is good for the body.
Doing household work manually instead of using gadgets makes a
person fit and healthy. Parking the car farther away and then
walking to school or office is good for fitness freaks.
One should indulge in various physical activities such as running,
jogging, tennis, cardio-boxing, aerobics, etc to keep fit. A healthy
body is the key to a happy life.
But one should never ignore the daily nutritional requirements of
the body. Having lunch dinner and breakfast on time and in an
optimum quantity is essential for the metabolic activities to take
place with ease.
