Physical Activity during Diet |
The health benefits of various physical
exercises are enormous. They make a body fir and also promote
happiness which in turn is responsible for a healthy body. It also
provides a break from routine and monotonous schedule.
Following are a list of physical activities and their benefits;
Walking: It is the cheapest form of all exercise. It improves
the general health and also leads to weight loss. It reduces the
risk of coronary heart stroke, some types of cancer, high
cholesterol and blood pressure, improves bone density and reduces
the chances of getting osteoporosis. It is also not very strenuous.
Running: Running is most beneficial for the legs. It not only
makes it fit and firm but also tones the muscles and joints. The
health benefits are the same as walking but it is more vigorous. It
also burns more calories than walking and requires stamina.
Dancing: A very popular choice to keep fit and healthy. The
music and the dancing steps keeps us busy and we don’t realize the
amount of workout we do. In a matter of time (and before we realize
it) we are drenched in sweat and have burnet thousands of calories.
Various dancing styles such as ballet, salsa, swing and belly
dancing are great cardio exercise.
Swimming: Swimming is the best way to develop and a healthy
and a fit body. It increases our endurance level and works wonders
for depression, joints and pregnancy. It is a great workout for legs
and tummy reduction.
Cycling: It is a very good form of exercise and tones the
entire body especially the legs. But it is not possible for everyone
to engage in this physical activity.
One should also adopt the right food habits. Being lean on sweets
and carbs and consuming a lot of water is good. All the above
mentioned exercises are futile without the right food habits.
