Types of Deit |
Deit refers to what a person eats to achieve a
desired goal. There are various types of Deit such as Atkins Diet,
Zone Diet, and south Beach Deit etc. A person should choose a diet
only after consulting a specialist. Analyzing the correct calorie
level for your body is of utmost level as deficiency of calories can
decline human health.
Following are the different types of diet:
Fixed menu Deit: It gives us a list of different kinds of
food that is specially selected for you. It suits the person’s blood
type and energy and nutritional requirements. However, it is
excessively boring and is difficult to follow especially when away
from home. After the completion of the diet, weight gain is an added
problem.
Exchange Type diet: In this type, a fixed quantity of food is
consumed from an each food type. We can eat desired food from each
food type in the given quantity. The variety that this Deit type
offers makes it easy to follow and is devoid of monotony.
Prepackaged-meal Diet: In this type, dieters are required to
consume pre-packaged food. This enables them to gain knowledge about
the nutritional content of the food but the problem is that it is
very expensive.
Formula Deit: It is balanced diet that contains an optimum
mixture of crabs, protein, and fat with a liquid formula. It
initiates instant weight loss but people tend to put on weight as
soon as the diet is over.
Questionable Deit: Any kind of diet that requires you to eat
certain nutrients to enable easy weight loss is a strict no-no. Such
kind of diets is not balanced and lack in nutrients.
Flexible Deit: This type of diet regulates the consumption of
fats and calories. The drawback is that it doesn’t look into the
diet as a whole and is not holistic.
